What is the link suggestion option?

♦ The Link Suggestion option allows users to earn Link Points or Balance by providing verified links or updates to existing links.

How it Works:

  1. Users can suggest new verified links that they have used.
  2. If any existing link is outdated, users can submit updated information.
  3. Once the suggested link or update is verified, users earn Link Points or Balance as a reward.
  • This feature helps keep LINKa2z up-to-date while rewarding users for their contributions! 

How to Change Your Password?

♦ Follow these simple steps to reset your password in the LINKa2z website or app:

  1. Log in to the LINKa2z website or app.
  2. Go to the Menu and select Reset Password.
  3. In the Enter Your Password field, type your current password.
  4. In the Enter New Password field, type your new password.
  5. Click on Reset Password to confirm.
  • Your password will be automatically updated.
  • Next time you log in, use your new password to access your account!

How to Buy a New Category in LINKa2z?

♦If you want to unlock additional categories in the Link A to Z app or website, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Link A to Z website or app.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. If you feel that the available categories are limited, you need to purchase a basic subscription for a minimum of ?1 to explore more.
  4. Browse through the available services under different categories.
  5. If you find a category useful, tap on it and select the "View More" option to check the details.
  6. Click on "Add to Cart" for the categories you want to purchase.
  7. If you have sufficient wallet balance, proceed by clicking "Buy Category."
  8. If your wallet balance is low, recharge your wallet first and then complete the purchase.
  9. Enjoy full access to your favorite categories and services in Link A to Z!

How to Transfer Wallet Balance to Your Bank Account?

♦ Follow these steps to withdraw your wallet balance to your bank account from the LINKa2z app or website:

1. Log in to the LINKa2z app or website.
2. Go to the Menu and select Bank Info.
3. Update your banking details by providing:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Branch Name

  • Bank Name

  • IFSC Code

  • Account Number

  • UPI ID (if applicable)
    ♦ Note: The bank details must match the user’s login name.

4. Once your bank details are updated, go to the Wallet section.
5. Click on Withdraw Wallet Balance.
6. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Enter Amount field.
7. Click on Send Withdraw Request.

Important Notes:

  • A 12% service charge will be deducted from the withdrawn amount.
  • The transaction status will be shown as Pending after the request is submitted.
  • It takes 5 to 7 working days for the balance to be credited to your bank account.
  • If there is an issue with the request, the amount will be returned to the wallet within 5 to 10 days.
  • In case of any problems, you can contact customer support or email us for assistance.

  1. Log in to the LINKa2z website.
  2. Go to the menu section and select "Coupon Code."
  3. You will see a box labeled "Enter Your Promo Code."
  4. Enter your promo code in the provided field.
  5. Click on the "Submit" button.
  6. Once successfully redeemed, your points or balance will be added to your wallet.

How to Hide or Show Categories in LINKa2z App?

♦If you want to customize the categories and services in the LINKa2z app or website, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the LINKa2z app or website.
  2. Click on the Filter Icon at the top.
  3. Select the categories you use the most by ticking the checkboxes next to them.
  4. The selected categories will appear at the top, while the others will be hidden.
  5. You can change these preferences anytime by following the same process.
  • This feature helps you keep only the most relevant services visible while hiding the ones you don't need right now.
  • You can unhide any category whenever required.
